Welcome to our PDE 2024 showcase. Our theme, “Perspective”, was chosen to highlight the multifaceted nature of Product Design Engineering, and its profound impact on shaping our perceptions and experiences.

Each project on display embodies a unique perspective; a culmination of the student’s background, experiences, and aspirations. From the minimalistic aesthetic of one exhibit to the ergonomic considerations of another, every creation reflects the individuality and ingenuity of its designer. By embracing diverse perspectives, students have unearthed fresh insights and forged bold solutions to complex challenges.

But perspective extends beyond the individual projects; it permeates the very ethos of our discipline. As Product Design Engineers, we are tasked with envisioning a better future; one that is inclusive, sustainable, and empathetic. Through our work, we have aimed to not only challenge existing solutions, but to also strive to create meaningful products and experiences which resonate with people from all walks of life.
