This project is an investigation into a better solution to transporting items by bike safely and conveniently without the need of cumbersome additions to a standard road bike or a bigger commitment to a specialist cargo bike.

Cargo bikes are well designed, wonderful things but they are specialist and a challenge for general use because of their size and cost. Panniers for a standard road bike are expensive, have limited weight characteristics and are unable to store anything of scale.

This solution lives in the middle. A product that enables a cyclist to transport items of size and weight that is discretely and easily packed a way with minimal impact on the quality of ride and is easy to store.
